By using the 5As Anticipate, Assess, Accommodate, Analyse and Account as your project strategy in line with Procedure BMAP01/001

The purpose of this procedure is to explain the 5As as a convention and their application in business management and decision-making. In particular, this procedure directs the decision-makers to know when current practices are robust enough to accommodate a difficulty or if a project needs to be raised in your business program. This complies with clause 1.3 of Business Management Systems Standard BMS75000:2020.
