How to put management ideas into practice with procedure BMAP12/000

Why do you need a procedure to manage a business?

Because everybody knows what a crocodile is until you have to describe it.

This documented procedure explains the 5As as a convention and their application in the management of sound and correct decision-making. It directs the decision-makers to know when your current practices are robust enough to accommodate a given difficulty or if a project needs to be raised to list a matter as an additional issue in your business program. This is done in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 1.3 of Business Management Systems Standard BMS75000:2020
